Conditioning & Technique - Easter Taster

Service Description
We are excited for the return and slight re-brand of ‘Body Conditioning’ which will be taught by Emma on Tuesdays 4:25pm – 5:30pm- now called “Conditioning & Technique”. This 1hr weekly class will focus on fitness, strength, flexibility, and technique- all you need to improve your kicks, leaps, jumps and turns. We have spoken about this class with our Senior & Premier students briefly as we are progressing through the modern grades in syllabus classes, so with that students are marked for their flexibility, limbering and general technique so this class will help with all of that, as well as helping build up stamina. This class will be open to students’ academic year 5+.
