Service Description

Perfect for any student (academic year 5+) looking to develop their technique, fitness, strength and flexibility. Our Conditioning sessions consist of workout exercises to build stamina, and get students strong, fit and flexible, as well as jazz technique to improve kicks, leaps and turns.
