Ordering Uniform / Merchandise Online
All uniform and merchandise can now be ordered via the website’s “SHOP” page. All the items we sell will be available online to purchase anytime. For families unaware of the sizing, we will have a size guide available for each item or to ensure the size is correct, we suggest organising a fitting with THE STUDIO Team before purchasing. These fittings can be organised via email or text. No items will be ordered or handed out without full payment.
When receiving new items
After uniform is handed out in class, may we ask families to check the sizing at home to ensure it is correct. All shoes are to be tried on with socks and on a carpeted flooring, and any garments are to be tried on with appropriate underwear. If any items are damaged or worn after handing out we will be unable to exchange or refund.
Exchanges or Refunds
If an item is too big or small please let us know and bring them to us on your next STUDIO visit. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process an exchange or refund until we have received the original item.
