Introducing a new exciting short course! Lead by STUDIO team member Emma, ‘Body Conditioning’ will cover a range of exercises to help build strength, stamina and flexibility. Our new class will be a focused session with intensity levels suitable for Senior 2 (School Year 6) and above. Our popular TRIX class does also cover the elements of ‘Body Conditioning’, and includes the development of tricks and gymnastic skills, we recommend our younger students chose this option for the perfect quantity of strength and flex for their age.
