Body con is a non stop dance based hour long work out that will strengthen and tone the body while increasing physical endurance and suppleness. It will also prepare you with sufficient knowledge to train safely and appropriately outside of class, being aware of hydration, nutrition, and injury.
Fit to dance or dance for fitness?
A body conditioning class at The Studio is ideal for both non dancers and for training dance students. The human body after all works exactly the same. Non dancers will find the motivational environment key to the physical improvement experienced from a weekly class, while our keen dancers will benefit from the additional training to their weekly dance program at The Studio.
